There is a spacious balcony with additional outside seating and a small drinks table, offering beautiful views of Grande Terche and down the valley to Saint-Jean d’Aulps.
A discreet retractable washing line is available for use when required while the recycling bins for interim storage – before dispensing in the communal bins down the hill – are also located on the balcony.
